Abstract: Osteochondroma is the most common benign bone tumor, but neurological complications due to its proximity to the common peroneal nerve are rare. We report a case of a 15-year-old boy with proximal fibular osteochondroma presenting with swelling for 2 years and progressive foot drop for 3 months. Surgical excision relieved nerve compression, and partial neurological recovery was noted at follow-up.
