International Journal of Case Reports in Orthopaedics (Int. J. Case Rep. Orthop.) is an international, double-blinded peer-review journal committed to publishing case reports and case series related to arthroplasty, foot, and ankle surgery, hand surgery, joint replacement, limb reconstruction, pediatric orthopaedics, sports medicine, trauma, spinal deformities, and orthopaedic oncology.

The journal's full text is available online at https://www.orthocasereports.com. The journal allows open access to its contents. The journal is one of the fastest communication journals and articles are published online within a short time after acceptance of manuscripts. The types of articles accepted include original articles, case reports, images, and video cases.
