Abstract: Total shoulder arthroplasty (TSA) has become a widely used technique to treat gleno-humeral osteoarthritis. One patient having undergone total shoulder arthroplasty came to our clinic for chronic pain and limited range of motion. The clinical examination and preoperative diagnosis suggested a glenoid component loosening. The patient underwent a “one block” arthroscopic removal of the loosened glenoid component with successful outcome. We discuss the indication of arthroscopy in TSA.
