Giant adventitious bursitis in forefoot vs tumoral mass: A diagnostic dilemma

Abstract: Adventitious bursitis in the forefoot is an uncommon cause of pain in that region. It typically arises in locations where the subcutaneous tissue experiences friction and significant pressure, particularly near the bony prominences of the metatarsal heads. This is a case of giant adventitious bursitis in the forefoot with a complex appearance.
